All Rencay devices receive a 2-year warranty, which can also be extended on request. In addition, we offer 2 years of free telephone and online support. This warranty and basic support are included in the price of the device.
If you need production and cost security during a digitization project, the warranty can be extended on request. We will gladly provide you with an individualized offer.
In order to be able to use your Rencay system optimally, we offer training courses. These training courses can be booked depending on your budget and needs. Training courses are held in the showroom at our location in Germany or on location.

In addition to the extended warranty, we offer maintenance contracts that are tailored to the requirements of our customers. These also include the possibility of ongoing and regular training, e.g. if new employees have to be trained.
All Rencay scanbacks can be upgraded to a higher resolution model at any time. As a rule, only the difference price between the respective models is to be paid here.
With their open-system, adaptable concept, Rencay systems can be tailored to almost any task and any budget. Therefore, every system can be expanded at any time for new areas of application (e.g. for books or transparencies). Parts of the system can be upgraded to new technologies. This way you stay up to date without having to completely replace the system. We are happy to help.
Repairs are carried out quickly and inexpensively. If a repair is no longer worthwhile, we also offer a trade-in in such cases when buying a new device.
